The communications center alerted Station 20 and ALS for an MVC W/Entrapment. Rescue 20 made the response under command of Deputy Chief Willis with a crew of 4. Rescue 20 arrived and stabilized the vehicle and successfully extricated the patient. Total 2 patients were transported, 1 Patient was transported to CER by A22 & NCCEMS and the other was transported to CER by Tropper 4. 20 Safety 1 (Mohr) had the New Castle Ave Command 20 Units on Scene: A-20, Rescue 20 While the extrication was in progress, the Communications center alert Station(s) 20, Ladder & Engine 18, Engine 22 and Rescue 28 for a commercial structure fire @ the Delaware Solid Watse Authority (1100 BLK of Lambson Lane). 20-8C (Maxwell) arrived to find a Single Story Commercial Structure with a large pile of trash on fire inside the building and established the Holloway Terrace Command. R-18 arrived and stretched an 1" 3/4 line inside and extinguished the fire. Ladder 18 arrived and assisted with ventialtion. 20-5 arrived under command of LT Riccio with a crew of 4. 20-5's crew assisted with extinguishment. Situation was placed under control with no further extension and assignment was reduced to Station 20 and 18 units. 20-8C (Maxwell) had the Holloway Terrace Command
