On August 23, 2007 at approx hrs, Station 20 Medic 1 and trooper 4 were alerted for a MVC with 2 entrapments and 2 unconscious. A20 arrived on scene 4 minutes later and confirmed entrapment on 2 patients but they were conscious. 205 went responding lead by Captain of Rescue AJ Riccio Jr(Rescue was out of service) and immediately called for the Rescue 22. U/A of 205 they found a 2 car MVC which was a result of a high speed chase. The crews found a driver and passenger trapped and started the extraction and was assisted by Rescue 22 upon their arrival. Rescue 22 had some mechanical problems. Command Called for rescue 1 out of the city. Crews for worked for 15 extracting the front seat passenger and 40 minutes extracting the driver. There was a total of 5 patients 4 were trauma alerts and 1 was minor. Units on scene were 205, 208, A20, Squrt 20, R22, A22, B11, A23, A18,  WFD Rescue 1 and Battalion 4. Medic 1, Medic 2, ALS 14, ALS24, EMS1, DSP, NCCPD, DSFP, and DELDOT.
